The days when you could just had someone a Linux CD and they could dual
boot with ease seem to have gone. As MBR/DOS disks controlled by BIOS
are being replaced with GPT disks controlled by UEFI...things are
getting more complicated. Sometimes you have trouble on a UEFI system
even if you get rid of Windows and disable UEFI...!

This is an artwork I have created in the spirit of opensource software. Anyone is free to use it for the promotion of specific Linux distributions or Linux based operating systems and application generally. I use Linux based operating systems and applications for all my work - writing and office applications, photo, video and audio editing, media & internet applications etc. Linux gave me a new lease of computing life. Linux based operating systems open the way for freedom, choice and creativity.

who has used linux (in any of its popular distributions e.g. Linux
Mint, Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian etc) for any decent length of time I think
will find that it is stable, secure and serene...i.e. outwardly calm
giving you an inward tranquility in your computing tasks.
I created this on KolourPaint for Linux to represent those ideas.
